Festival of Trees: Legends of the Berkshires invites the community to explore tales from the place we call home. Dive into the history of the first recorded baseball game, learn about the famous figures who grew up on your street, and investigate rumors of mysterious sightings in our hills with a collection of bright and colorful winter displays spread across the city of Pittsfield and beyond. Wherever your journey takes you, the stories that unfold in the Berkshires are legendary!
This year’s Festival of Trees will move from the museum’s galleries into shops, restaurants, offices, and other locations throughout the city of Pittsfield and surrounding communities from Small Business Saturday – November 28 – through January 10. The month-long community celebration will make it possible for more organizations to participate, allow safe social distancing for families enjoying the winter tradition, and encourage foot traffic to local businesses and downtown Pittsfield during the holiday season.
