Detox Your Mind Through Meditation (virtual)

While many people participate in programs that cleanse the body and eliminate toxins that have accumulated over a lifetime, the mind is a very important aspect that also requires detoxification. The world is a stressful place and there are many factors that can have a negative impact on daily life. By befriending the mind, people can wipe the slate clean, detoxify negative thought patterns, and calm the body.

In this workshop, long-time mediator Guarav Singh will teach attendees how to implement a simple yet very powerful meditation technique that can be life-changing.

Gaurav is an experienced management consultant who works as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Along with managing his professional commitments, Gaurav has practiced meditation for over 15 years and has used it as an anchor to find balance between his personal and professional lives. He has led many meditation workshops and retreats where he speaks about the role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people.
