BEGINNER STITCHES

Wednesday, February 7  3:30 - 5:00 PM

Library Trustee and all-around lovely human being, Barbara Reeves will join Miss Stefanie in presenting Beginner Stitches, a program designed to introduce hand sewing. Participants will learn the basics of hand sewing technique and safety. Five important stitches will be introduced and participants will practice using rug canvas to hone their skills. If time permits, participants can sew a pouch using their newly acquired skills.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under 12 must have a parent or guardian present in the library for the duration of the program.
